PRODUCT RETURN – STEP BY STEP

1. Go to “MY ACCOUNT,” then select “MY PURCHASES.”
2. In the order list, find the product you want to return and click “RETURN PRODUCT.”
3. The returned product must be packed in its original packaging, with tags intact and without any signs of use. Incomplete/damaged products or those without tags showing signs of use will not be eligible for return.
4. Include a completed return form in the package – CLICK TO DOWNLOAD FORM
5. Send the package back to the following address:

   Alternatively, you can use the quick return option.
6. We will keep you updated on the progress of your return via email.
7. After receiving the return and approving it, the refund will be initiated within 14 days to the account used for payment of the order.

1. Download and Print the Return Form: If you don’t have a printed form, you can create your own by including all the necessary information (order number, item description, bank account details, reason for return, etc.).
2. Fill Out the Form: Complete the form with your details clearly and legibly.
3. Package the Product: Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring it has all tags attached and shows no signs of use.
4. Include the Handwritten Form: Place your completed return form inside the package.
5. Ship the Package: Send it to the following address:

6. Track Your Return: If you have a tracking option, keep an eye on your return shipment.
7. Refund Process: You will receive email updates on your return, and the refund will be processed within 14 days after the return is received and approved.

Print and fill out the return form. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from the contract.

PACK THE PACKAGE

Carefully pack all the products you want to return in the original packaging in which you received the shipment. Remember to include the completed return form with the shipment.

SEND THE PACKAGE

Send the package using InPost Quick Returns. You can use label-free shipping with a QR code from the InPost app or printed shipping documents.

WAIT FOR THE REFUND

After receiving and positively processing your return, you will receive a refund for the returned order within 14 days.

The cost of returning the package is covered by the customer. This amount will be deducted from your refund for the order.

Return shipping cost for size category B: 12.49 PLN

We do not process product exchanges. To exchange an item, you must return the original order and place a new order.
